  The best lactose free latte. I've been a weekly customer here for years and love the coffee, the friendly staff and the toasted Turkish rolls. I'll be back as usual for my usual thanks guys

  Coffee made by the young female staff member was good. Service provided by older male (manager, as he is there often?) is not so good. I have also heard him publicly and loudly make disparaging comments about other customers (for changing their minds).
  Warmer, friendlier service to be found elsewhere in the Kmart shopping centre.

  Hi, I went to your cafe this morning to get a coffee. Stood at the register while the staff behind the counter were talking and didn’t even acknowledge I was there. One of the girls looked at me four times and didn’t say anything. I understand it is busy of a morning and I would have been happy to wait if they had said they’ll be with me in a moment. After the fourth time ignoring me I decided to go over to Donut King who had lovely service and great coffee!

  Absolutely appalled at the owners attitude.
  Coffee was weak , suppose to be 2 shots was definitely not 2 shots.
  Owner threw an elderly customers coffee into the sink because she asked to have it remade.
  If you want a good coffee don't go here. Go to Kokonut around the front.
  Owner needs to adjust attitude .

  This location is very convenient when you are doing your shopping or picking up mail from your PO Box. The staff are friendly and service was quite quick. The coffee was hot as requested and there is a nice selection of calorie rich desserts that I certainly shouldn't be having but did anyway!

  Absolutely terrible service. Expect more from somewhere where there are competitors within a 50m walk. Watched staff who seemed more interested in talking to the staff of the shaver store opposite than in actually serving customers. Coffee was lukewarm when delivered to the table, weak and bitter, and I saw one of the staff from the shaver store sneeze on the slice I ordered as it was brought out. I refused to even touch it and walked back up to the counter and asked for a refund, the staff refused saying what I saw had not happened but I know what I saw. Walked away leaving both coffee and slice on counter. Will be getting in touch with their head office. Avoid at all costs.

  I could not believe this happened to me this morning at morning tea about 11am . I was shopping with my mum when i suggested we have morning tea. I sat down after ordering and was told my coffee would be delivered to my table. I waited for about 10 minutes no coffee so I was watching at the servers from my table. I saw a woman go to the counter with a coffee and the young girl behind the counter smiled and took the first coffee and gave her another. With that she placed the coffee on the counter and retrieved the pink note and put it on top. This was the order info for table 44. The coffee sat there I am still waiting so by now my Mum was ready to finish shopping. So I approached the counter the girl smile and said here's your coffee I replied I will not take that coffee as I had seen the other lady bring it back. I asked for my money back.
  They all denied what I had witnessed and offered to make another coffee. I refused and let I will not be treated as an idiot I saw what I saw and very much doubt that I will ever go back there. My problem is the other person had my drink and the staff did not want to belive me. What happened to the customer service?
  I will be placing a post on multimedia about this experience plus word of Mouth with my friends and colleagues.
  I hope your customer service improves for people who have not witnessed what I have
