- Alita Moloney Added September 06, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Poor service. I went in today with the simple aim to get some purple shampoo for oily fine hair and some hair spray. I was spotted by the staff but not approached. Ten minutes passed as I vaguely scoured the stock needing assistance. Two other customers who walked in after me were then approached, assisted and served, one was wanting the same product I was after so I followed but was not acknowledged. Another customer walked in and was served immediately and I was told they would be a few minutes. I had waited in excess of 15 minutes. I left dissatisfied and disappointed with no product or intention of ever shopping at the entire chain again. - a once loyal customer.
