- David Andrews Added January 27, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This was my experience with Elite Motorcycles no exaggerations or harmful intent on my behalf .
I thought I would give elite one more go only because my options in Toowoomba where pretty much zero .
After trying to book bike in via online then calling and having told my message would be passed onto manager I recieved no replies .
Benefit of doubt I was able to finally book bike in to have speedomoter looked at as needle stopped working and was reassured could be fixed .
After 5 days of hearing nothing back I called up only to be told bike had not been looked at because two guys were off work etc and no communication had been passed on etc . One hour later I get ph call from elite saying I would have to take bike somewhere else as elite couldn’t help me . Elite wasted my time and fuel but atleast they gave me paperwork on picking bike up that bike couldn’t be fixed .
Incompetent , no communication between office and work shop and personally I would not buy or service a motorcycle from this business as I truly felt as a customer I was irrelevant and my problem put into the too hard basket .
If you say you can fix a problem then fix it and if you can then just say so , as well . - Ian Leishman Added January 24, 2023★ ★ ★ ★ ★Very friendly service from the sales team and also very knowledgeable. A trustworthy local motorbike shop with a great range of accessories too.

- O Added January 15, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Don't know how elite justifies selling all their new bikes for $2-5 thousand dollars more than Brisbane dealers.. after all Brisbane is only 1hour away.
