I have been waiting an hour and 15 minutes as we speak. I phoned before hand and was told 15 minutes behind. There’s no apology, no offer of refreshments or bulk billed appointments . Don’t go here.

A practice where all the doctors actually care about their patients. Easy parking, pram friendly and ample room. Reception are friendly and I just love the midwife there, she is AMAZING. I would highly recommend knowing very well you will get exceptional service from all the staff and Doctors there. We have been coming here for the past 20years.
- Samantha D Added February 10, 2023★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆My experience started off great but I have had issues with documentation errors for my sons immunizations that still weren't fixed after I made a appointment solely to fix the issue. I also asked for a referral to be done before I moved to Brisbane and only found out months later that the referral was never sent. So now I have to wait even longer to see a specialist when I really needed that appt. They tell me they will get the nurse to call me back and I never get a call. So my more recent experience has been nothing but a huge headache.
