Update...elec bill only increased by 300 in the quarter and the spa used nearly every night and kept at 36 degrees. - 6BOOST . Added January 01, 2020★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We have been dealing with Lange Pool and Spa for years and never had an issue, until the new ownership. First problem was when they came to clean our magnesium pool and the gentleman didn’t know the difference between magnesium and salt water pools, and despite repeated argument from my partner who does know, he wanted to check the salt level and add salt to the pool which was refused. Today we came in to get a vacuum plate and new skimmer box filter, they didn’t have the filter in stock, no problems, the skimmer plate when I continued to question how it could work for our application the owner got snappy and said “well mate how would I know what you need without photos”. YOU recommended what you had on the table, I simply knew it didn’t suit, all you had to do was politely explain you would need photos to make a correct decision. Hopefully your future business prospect reflects your attitude.
