The staff do seem quite sad here and it feels like this store is incredibly understaffed. Drive-thru is very slow. Can take upwards of 15 minutes to order a couple of subs here.

The young lady servicing us, could not have been bothered to even make eye contact she was more interested in what was happening outside the shop than what she was throwing onto our subs. Not only did she drop the steak into a no zone area but she picked it up and placed it back onto our subs, she threw the cheese back into the fridge missing the bucket. She did not smile, engage us, in fact it looked as though she was constantly looking out the door waiting for someone else to release her from the pain she was in having to make subs. The finished product was average at best. They were also cleaning their ovens with harsh chemicals which made all the patrons eyes burn...... really poor planning and service for a Monday
